Nice to see so many familiar names here after almost 50 years. After Mayfield I took A levels at Redbridge tech before moving to Guildford (where I still live) for uni and then a career in the probation service. That included a work exchange to the US and a 4 year secondment to my trade union napo, before I retired at 53. Since then I have been involved as a trustee helping to run several local charities. Having learned clarinet at Mayfield, I had gap of over 30 years before starting to play again and am currently chair of an orchestra in SW London. Would be pleased to hear from anyone who remembers me.
