1973 Vince Towler
I have fond memories of going to Royan in France with Mr. Cutting And Mr. Toms and later to St. Wolfgang in Austria with Mr. Toms and Mr. Palot. On the latter trip I was with Geoff Clements, who I still see as we married sisters, Pete Barton and Jimmy Horey who I’ve not seen since leaving Mayfield.
I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Stan Frankland and Harold Cutting, two completely different characters, both of whom have left a lasting impression on me.

Bloody hell! Came across this site by pure chance. It certainly takes me back a bit seeing you, Geoff and Micky Finch! I think the last time we were in contact was when I was working at Theydon Bois Golf Club. Hope you’re keeping well
