Heather Crouch R.I.P.
Heather Crouch, the popular PE Mistress who taught at the Mayfield Girls School in the 1970’s, was awarded an MBE in the 2010 New Year Honours List for her voluntary services to sport. Currently the Chairperson of Netball South West, Heather has been involved with the sport for forty years. She coached the England netball team for eight years, up until the late 1980s, and is currently writing her third book on coaching.
This is the official manual of the All England Netball Association. Each chapter has been written by an expert taken from a particular area of sports coaching and training. The book contains sections on rules, skills, sports psychology, biomechanics, diet and nutrition, physiology and audio visual coaching resources. The manual aims to inform and stimulate players and coaches of all ages and abilities, at school, club, county and national level.
