It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that my brother, Leslie Waters, died on the 11th December 2014. His funeral will be at Basildon Crematorium on the 30th December at 2.00pm.

A few years ago I wrote about George Baldry an old school friend who died just months before I left England for Spain. With me at George’s funeral was another old friend of ours Les Waters. Les was instrumental in arranging for George to meet up with us two, we hadn’t seen one another for over thirty years, it was a good reunion and managed a few months together before George died suddenly. Now Les’s sister Freda has just informed me of her brother Les’s death. I knew Les had been very ill for some time, so although it has made me very sad I’m just glad that Les has no more pain to endure. God Bless.
